Trillion Company is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the operations of a store branch. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and maintain high standards of customer service.

BRANCH MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Age 21 to 40 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid passport for employment purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, staffing, and customer service.
• Manage and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor inventory, merchandise displays, and store organization.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and problem resolution.
• Prepare and submit reports on branch performance and sales activities.
