Trillion Company is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Encoder to manage, input, and maintain accurate data for the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and capable of handling large volumes of data with accuracy.

Data Encoder

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age 21 to 40 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data encoding or administrative work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Previous experience in data encoding or administrative work is an advantage but not required.
• Valid passport for employment purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist in administrative tasks and support office operations as required.
