Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Engineering, Technology, or related technical courses
• Preferred courses include:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronics Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
• Other related technical or engineering programs

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation and monitoring of steel manufacturing and production equipment.
• Support production processes to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.
• Perform machine checks and report equipment abnormalities or operational issues.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality control procedures.
• Handle raw materials, finished products, and production-related materials as assigned.
• Conduct basic inspections to ensure products meet company quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Observe and comply with workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Assist supervisors and production teams in achieving daily production targets.
• Work rotating shifts and perform overtime duties when required by operational demands.
