BARISTA (Shop Worker)

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of working experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent command of English.
• Newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly menu guidance and recommendations.
• Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewers; report any malfunctions promptly.
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system accurately.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including counters, dishes, and equipment.
• Replenish inventory such as coffee beans, pastries, cups, and lids; ensure displays are organized.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Salary Offer:

• Salary starts at €979.00 gross monthly.
• • Accommodation will be provided.
• • Two (2) years contract, renewable.
