Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience preferred; first-time applicants are welcome.
• No formal educational requirement; practical experience and a customer-oriented attitude are valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests receive prompt and courteous assistance.
• Monitor beverage quality and consistency to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with stock management and replenish ingredients as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations for food and beverage preparation.
