Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Must hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills in beverage preparation and service.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and work for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, provide menu information, and answer inquiries about products and specials.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
• Prepare light food items such as sandwiches and baked goods when required.
• Grind, blend, and brew coffee beans and other beverages using standard procedures.
• Package food and beverage items for takeaway or retail sale.
• Educate customers on coffee blends, brewing methods, and product differences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, dining, and service areas.
• Restock display cases, counters, and service areas with required items.
• Assist in inventory checks and report shortages to supervisors.
• Update displays and signage to enhance customer engagement.
• Follow all food safety standards and quality control procedures.
