Kitchen Worker & Barista
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- No minimum educational requirement.
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Honest, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks including espresso, latte, cold brew, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Prepping ingredients and assisting with food preparation before service.
- Cook and assemble orders accurately, following specifications.
- Ensure all work areas, tools, and equipment are clean and sanitary.
- Handle customer orders professionally and provide excellent service.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain smooth kitchen workflow under pressure.
- Maintain espresso quality throughout the shift and ensure consistency in drink preparation.
- Communicate clearly with both teammates and customers.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
