Renmara Bakery is seeking skilled and dedicated Bakers to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods while ensuring consistency, food safety, and adherence to established recipes and production standards.
BAKER
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery, or completion of a formal baking apprenticeship.
- Strong knowledge of recipe scaling, dough management, oven operation, and maintaining product consistency.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality baked products.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, proof, bake, and finish a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products according to standard recipes.
- Accurately scale ingredients and manage dough preparation to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Operate baking equipment, including mixers, proofers, and ovens, safely and efficiently.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve the desired texture, appearance, and flavor.
- Ensure products meet quality standards for taste, presentation, and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery, equipment, and workstations in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and allergen awareness guidelines.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages or quality issues to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production schedules and customer demand.
- Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
