RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

• Must have a 4 to 5 star hotel experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors: Welcome guests and direct them to the right person or office
• Allocating rooms: Provide guests with their rooms and keys
• Handling requests: Provide concierge services, such as booking tickets and arranging travel
• Answering questions: Respond to questions about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation
• Managing accounts: Prepare room bills, collect payments, and return deposits
• Handling complaints: Address guest complaints about noise, temperature, or other issues

Requirements:

• Updated resume with Photo
• Certificate of Employment
• Valid passport
