BAKER (Factory Worker)

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in baking and decorating cakes, pastries, cookies, and breads.
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredient handling.
  • Skilled in decorating and presenting baked goods with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Newly renewed passport.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, cookies, desserts, and specialty baked goods.
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes.
  • Decorate cakes, pastries, and plated desserts according to company standards.
  • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Maintain freshness and proper storage of all baked items.
  • Assist in menu development and seasonal pastry offerings.
  • Manage daily mise en place for pastry production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the pastry station and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management of baking ingredients and supplies.
  • Minimize food waste and ensure proper portion control.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.

Salary Offer:

  • Salary is €979.00 gross monthly, more or less.
  • Thirty-Eight (38) Work Hours/5 days per week.
  • Two (2) years contract, renewable.
