JNP Trading & Contracting Services W.L.L is looking for skilled and creative Automotive & Decorative Painters to join its team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and matching paint colors, and applying high-quality automotive and decorative finishes. The role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to produce customized paint designs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
AUTOMOTIVE & DECORATIVE PAINTER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of solid experience as an Automotive and Decorative Painter.
- Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing processes.
- Skilled in mixing and matching paint colors accurately.
- Experienced in applying decorative paint designs, including pinstriping, airbrushing, and other custom finishes.
- Proficient in using spray guns, painting equipment, and related tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming prior to painting.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate color consistency and customer specifications.
- Apply automotive paints, clear coats, and protective finishes using appropriate painting techniques and equipment.
- Create decorative paint designs, including pinstriping, airbrushing, graphics, and custom finishes.
- Inspect completed paintwork and perform touch-ups or refinishing as necessary to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain spray guns, painting equipment, and tools in good working condition.
- Follow proper paint handling, storage, and disposal procedures in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule and meet quality standards.
