Sisban Trofi Food Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of a restaurant and help ensure excellent food quality, customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience in the food industry and be willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

ASST. RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Previous experience in restaurant operations or a similar supervisory position is preferred.
• Must have experience in the same or related field.
• Must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and food service operations.
• Good leadership, team-management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to supervise employees and maintain high service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, inventory, and basic restaurant reporting is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Willing to be assigned in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff during daily operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor restaurant service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Assist in preparing staff schedules, work assignments, and shift arrangements.
• Train, coach, and guide restaurant employees to improve service and operational performance.
• Monitor staff attendance, appearance, conduct, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are prepared accurately and served on time.
• Monitor dining areas and ensure tables, service stations, and restaurant facilities are clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and ensure adequate supplies of food, beverages, and restaurant materials.
• Help control food costs, waste, and operating expenses.
• Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales procedures when required.
• Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Prepare or review operational reports, sales records, inventory reports, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational concerns, staffing requirements, and customer feedback.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and business objectives.
• Step in to manage restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by restaurant management.
