We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team, and ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and high standards in a fine dining environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations or a supervisory role
- Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Experience in staff supervision, inventory control, and daily operational support
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Help ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Support inventory management and coordinate with kitchen and service teams
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in monitoring operating costs and maintaining operational efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for guests
