ARCHITECTURAL SITE COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Architecture, Urban Studies, or a related field.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven site experience in building construction, fit-out, or architectural project execution.
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, detailing, materials, and construction methods.
- Good AutoCAD knowledge is required.
- Familiarity with shop drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and project compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate architectural works on-site, including finishes, partitions, ceilings, façades, and related construction activities.
- Ensure all architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, material requirements, and method statements.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and construction teams to identify and resolve design clashes and site issues.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Raise Requests for Information (RFIs) and seek clarifications when necessary to avoid construction delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks, and snagging activities.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare updates and reports for the Project Manager or Site Manager.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper sequencing and timely completion of work activities.
- Verify materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues affecting project progress, quality, or safety.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, site observations, and coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, safety regulations, and construction standards.
