ALUMINUM DOOR/WINDOW INSTALLER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as an Aluminum Door/Window Installer or in a similar role.
  • Must be at least a High School Graduate.
  • Proven experience in aluminum door and window installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication and installation drawings.
  • Experienced in working with silicone and other sealant materials.
  • Able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Physically fit and able to perform installation work.

Responsibilities:

  • Install aluminum doors, windows, frames, and related hardware according to approved plans and specifications.
  • Read and interpret fabrication and installation drawings to ensure accurate measurements and proper installation.
  • Measure, align, and secure aluminum frames to ensure correct fit, operation, and structural integrity.
  • Apply silicone, sealants, and weatherproofing materials to achieve watertight and airtight installations.
  • Inspect installed doors and windows to ensure proper functionality, alignment, and quality standards.
  • Perform adjustments, repairs, and replacements of aluminum door and window components when necessary.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation work.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with company safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
