ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or corporate environments.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Process payroll, taxes, and statutory deductions in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures, corporate policies, and regulatory standards.
• Support audits and prepare necessary documentation for management and external auditors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
