Accountant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience preparing financial statements, payroll, and tax-related reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journals, ledgers, and accounting documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Handle bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
• Prepare tax-related reports and assist with statutory compliance requirements.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data and generate reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit activities.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
