El Bassami Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Workshop Manager (Automotive) to oversee and manage daily operations of an automotive workshop in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, and effective team management in a fast-paced workshop environment.

WORKSHOP MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Manager in the automotive industry
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or any GCC country is required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance operations
  • Ability to manage scheduling, workflow, and staff performance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Customer service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the automotive workshop
  • Manage and supervise workshop staff, including technicians and support personnel
  • Plan and schedule vehicle maintenance and repair activities
  • Ensure timely completion of repair and servicing work
  • Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure quality control of all repair and maintenance work
  • Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Enforce health, safety, and workshop standards
  • Coordinate procurement of tools, parts, and workshop supplies
  • Prepare reports on workshop performance and operations
