JESTA Berjaya Holdings Sdn Bhd is hiring a Head of Marketing responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, brand management, and integrated communications across multiple business units. The role focuses on driving business growth, strengthening brand positioning, and optimizing marketing performance through data-driven decision-making and effective leadership.
HEAD of MARKETING
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple brands or business units is an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing technologies.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and ROI tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, growth, and market expansion initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Brand Management
- Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistency across all brands and channels.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
- Integrated Marketing & Communications
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Oversee advertising, promotions, content strategy, and public relations.
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, search, email, and marketing automation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize using data insights.
- Utilize marketing technologies to improve targeting and engagement.
- Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Use data analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and decision-making.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Allocate resources effectively across campaigns and channels.
- Track and optimize return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Finance, HR) to align marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Present marketing strategies and performance reports to senior leadership.
