Labab Contracting Company is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and financial aspects of construction projects. The role involves ensuring cost efficiency, accurate budgeting, and effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction costing, contracts, project management, and risk control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Manage contracts, including preparation, review, and administration.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Track project progress and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
