Sr Tyre Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Tire Technician, preferably in agricultural tire services
• Strong experience in fleet service work, tire repairs, damage assessments, and preventative maintenance
• Skilled in wheel alignment, tire fitting, and balancing
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Physically capable of performing the duties associated with tire fitting and repair
• Must adhere to safety protocols and industry standards

Responsibilities:

• Perform agricultural tire repairs, including patching, sealing, and other damage assessments
• Service and maintain a range of fleet vehicles, ensuring that tire performance is optimized
• Conduct wheel alignments, tire fitting, and balancing to ensure proper vehicle performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tire issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations
• Inspect tires for wear and damage, offering repair or replacement solutions when necessary
• Provide high-quality customer service and advice regarding tire care, maintenance, and safety
• Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Keep detailed records of tire service history, repairs, and replacements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
