QA/QC MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male candidates preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline)
• Minimum 25 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 10 years in EPIC onshore development projects of similar size and complexity.
• Prior experience in the Gulf (GCC) region is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Open to Ex-CCC and Ex-abroad applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans for onshore EPIC development projects
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and industry standards
• Lead QA/QC team, providing guidance, training, and supervision for all inspections and audits
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality issues
• Conduct periodic reviews and prepare reports on quality performance, non-conformances, and corrective actions
• Ensure all documentation, testing, and certification activities are accurately maintained
• Participate in client and third-party quality audits
