Electrical Inspector (Substation & Transmission Line)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, 5-6 yrs. of experience
• 2- 3 yrs. in the same position in High Voltage Projects.
• Strong knowledge of HV/EHV systems, electrical testing, and inspection procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with QA/QC standards and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of electrical works in substation and transmission line projects.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure proper workmanship and use of approved materials.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in high-voltage environments.
• Check compliance with local and international electrical codes and regulations.
• Support audits and inspections by clients, consultants, or regulatory authorities.
• Conducts inspections and monitors construction activities to ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Verify that installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
