CHARGEHAND CARPENTER

Qualifications:

• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Carpentry, Construction, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas projects
• Prior GCC experience is required
• Strong knowledge of carpentry works, formwork, and construction methods
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Physically fit and able to work on-site
• Open to Ex-CCC and Ex-abroad applicants
  Male applicants are preferred for this role

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and coordinating carpentry works on-site
• Lead and guide carpenters in daily tasks and assignments
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Inspect and ensure quality of carpentry work including formwork and structures
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures on-site
• Coordinate with foremen, engineers, and other trades
• Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Report progress and issues to supervisors
