FOREMAN STEEL FIXER
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a steel fixer or in a supervisory role
- With prior GCC work experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and capable of working on-site
- Open to Ex-CCC and Ex-abroad applicants
- Male applicants are preferred for this role
Responsibilities:
- Supervise steel fixing and reinforcement activities on-site
- Lead and coordinate steel fixer teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Interpret construction drawings and reinforcement details
- Ensure proper cutting, bending, and placement of steel bars according to specifications
- Monitor work progress and maintain quality standards
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance on-site
- Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors for smooth project execution
- Prepare daily reports and updates on work progress
