Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in maintenance, technical, or fabrication roles
• Skilled in handling kitchen and refrigeration equipment, cold rooms, and related systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical circuits, and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair skills
• For supervisory roles: experience in leading and managing a team of technicians
• Vocational or technical course graduate in a related field
• Good English communication and teamwork skills
