Office and Operation Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience as an Office and Operations Assistant Manager, Operations Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
• Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Must have work experience in Wholesale, Retail, Merchandising, or Distribution companies.
• Strong knowledge of office administration, business operations, and operational management.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic office management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist management in overseeing the daily operations of the office and business activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise administrative and operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance support.
• Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Monitor operational procedures and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Assist in implementing company policies, standard operating procedures, and internal controls.
• Support budget monitoring, expense tracking, and cost control initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports, administrative documents, and performance summaries for management.
• Coordinate inventory, procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities as required.
• Ensure proper maintenance of office records, files, and operational documentation.
• Assist in planning work schedules and allocating resources to meet operational requirements.
• Address operational issues, resolve administrative concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with retail, warehouse, merchandising, and distribution teams to achieve business objectives.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
