CARPENTER ROOFER

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in heights, all power tools and erecting scaffolding
• Must have experience working with metal (tin) roofing systems
• Must be competent in reading a tape measure
• Can confidently speak and understand the English language
• Must have a valid drivers license and competent in driving

Responsibilities:

• Cover roof with tiles, sheets and shingles to form a waterproof surface
• Installation of polymer roofing
• Placing and securing waterproof sheets over eaves
• Sizing and cutting roofing material to fit around vents, chimney edges, corners and ridges
• Slipping roofing material under pre-fabricated flashing and nailing it down
• Caulking and flashing exposed nail heads to prevent leaks
• Erecting ladders and scaffolds

• Detailed RESUME
• Certificate of Employment
