LAUNDRY SUPERVISORS

Qualifications:

  • Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience in laundry services preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of laundry equipment, supplies, and industry trends
  • Organization, planning, problem solving, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the supervision, training, scheduling, and management of all laundry personnel.
  • Ensure the highest quality of service and productivity goals are met.
  • Coordinate all daily activities, verify efficient operations, and maintain inventory.
  • Supervise, motivate, and guide laundry personnel in their daily operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate records of all laundry personnel, inventory and supplies
  • Assist in the budgeting and ordering of laundry supplies and ensure the efficient use and maintenance of all laundry equipment
  • Train and develop laundry staff on proper laundry procedures
