SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Excellent marketing knowledge and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Average skill of Microsoft words & Excel application

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams.
• Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and watching & observing competitors’ status, enhance sales volumes and market shares.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence, develop and implement brand strategy.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
