QA/QC SUPERVISOR CIVIL

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction, preferably in Oil & Gas projects and GCC countries
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and quality management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit for on-site supervision

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor QA/QC activities for all civil construction works
• Ensure that materials, workmanship, and construction activities meet project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality tests for civil works
• Review and approve supplier documentation, test reports, and material certifications
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
