QA/QC SUPERVISOR CIVIL
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction, preferably in Oil & Gas projects and GCC countries
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and quality management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit for on-site supervision
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor QA/QC activities for all civil construction works
- Ensure that materials, workmanship, and construction activities meet project specifications and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality tests for civil works
- Review and approve supplier documentation, test reports, and material certifications
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
