Mavromatis Employment Bureau Ltd. is seeking professional and customer-oriented Hostess Ladies to join its hospitality team in Cyprus. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and experience in luxury hotels, villas, or hospitality establishments.
HOSTESS LADIES
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven local or international experience as a Hostess or in a similar front-of-house hospitality role.
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury villa, fine dining restaurant, or other hospitality establishments is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Well-presented with excellent grooming and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling guest concerns or high-volume service periods.
- Good English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and present menus.
- Coordinate with restaurant supervisors, servers, and kitchen staff to optimize table availability and guest flow.
- Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns courteously and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception and hostess area.
- Monitor dining room occupancy and assist in maximizing seating capacity while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Answer telephone calls, manage reservation systems, and provide accurate information about restaurant services and operating hours.
- Ensure guests receive prompt attention and an enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Perform other front-of-house duties as assigned by management.
Salary Offer:
- Salary starts at Php 56,000.00 net monthly.
- Forty-Eight (48) Work Hours per week.
- Accommodation will be provided.
- 2 years minimum contract
