Kanazawa Management Center Cooperative is seeking skilled Railway Facility Maintenance Workers to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The role involves assisting in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of railway facilities to ensure safe and efficient railway operations.

RAILWAY FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORKER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in railway maintenance or a related field.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) issued not later than 2021.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Willing to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

Responsibilities:

• Inspect railway facilities such as tracks, platforms, structures, and related infrastructure.
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and cleaning of railway facilities and components.
• Assist in identifying damage, defects, or safety issues in railway infrastructure.
• Carry and use tools and equipment required for maintenance work safely and properly.
• Follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and railway operational standards.
• Support installation or replacement of railway parts and materials as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times.
• Report maintenance issues and progress to supervisors.
