Office and Facility Cleaner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or facility maintenance work.
• Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Personal Services, Building/Ground Services, or related fields.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, or housekeeping staff is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, hallways, reception areas, and other common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Dust and wipe desks, furniture, windows, shelves, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash bins and properly dispose of waste materials according to company procedures.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, wash areas, and pantry facilities.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other facility necessities when required.
• Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and according to established procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Ensure that work areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with general housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Maintain proper care and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
