Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Cook or in a related food preparation role.
- Familiarity with food contamination prevention and HACCP standards is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position
- Must have a valid passport with at least two (2) years and six (6) months validity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork, cleanliness, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu standards and recipes.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Follow HACCP guidelines and food contamination prevention standards.
- Wash, peel, cut, and dice vegetables and fruits for meal preparation.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation before serving.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support inventory monitoring and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
