We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Shift Manager for a reputable catering company in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team performance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only
• Age: 25–39 years old
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in restaurant or food service operations
• Must NOT be an ex-Kuwait worker
• Proven experience in managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
• Ability to organize staff, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and restaurant operating procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficient service
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate restaurant staff to achieve operational goals
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns or complaints
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management
