Baja Food Industries Co is looking for skilled and customer-oriented Baristas to prepare high-quality beverages and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in coffee preparation, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for customers.

BARISTA

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Barista or in a related food and beverage role.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly grind and brew coffee and prepare espresso-based beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve teas, cold beverages, and other café menu items.
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu offerings, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
• Serve pastries, snacks, and simple food items when required.
• Operate coffee machines and café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle customer orders and ensure timely service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor inventory supplies and report stock requirements when necessary.
