Job Talent is seeking a skilled and independent Troubleshooting Technician for a manufacturing client in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in industrial systems, with hands-on experience in PLC troubleshooting and fault analysis, particularly in heavy manufacturing environments.
TROUBLESHOOTING TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Technical background, preferably Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault analysis
- Hands-on, independent, and responsible work attitude
- Experience in heavy industrial environments; experience in brick manufacturing is an advantage
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and automated systems in a manufacturing environment
- Read and analyze Siemens PLC programs to identify faults and implement corrective actions
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machinery operates efficiently
- Work independently to resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
- Operate safely in dusty, heavy, or industrial environments
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors
- Follow company and safety protocols at all times
