FOREMAN STEEL FIXER

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a steel fixer or in a supervisory role
• With prior GCC work experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and capable of working on-site
• Open to Ex-CCC and Ex-abroad applicants
• Male applicants are preferred for this role

Responsibilities:

• Supervise steel fixing and reinforcement activities on-site
• Lead and coordinate steel fixer teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Interpret construction drawings and reinforcement details
• Ensure proper cutting, bending, and placement of steel bars according to specifications
• Monitor work progress and maintain quality standards
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance on-site
• Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors for smooth project execution
• Prepare daily reports and updates on work progress
