MEDICAL RECORDS MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Strong data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem- solving skills
• Good time management skills
• Advanced organization skills
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Basic computer skills to scan, organize and access electronic health records

Responsibilities:

• Securing patient information both written and electronic
• Regulating all medical records
• Supervising the work of medical records clerks
• Hiring new staff members
• Updating data system and software
• Managing and maintaining patients medical record with accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulation such as HIPAA

Requirements:

• Must have valid passport
