Gastronomica General Trading Company is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Hostess candidates to join its hospitality team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
HOSTESS
Qualifications:
- Male and female applicants are welcome to apply.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service roles.
- Experience working abroad is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Ability to handle guests courteously and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with restaurant and service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth dining operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas.
- Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure guests receive a positive and professional dining experience.
- Follow company hospitality standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
