DRAFTSMAN
Qualifications:
- Male Candidates Only
- 24-50 of age
- Must be fluent in English language
Responsibilities:
- Works to develop the Space Planning Services, under the Contract, ensuring Good Industry Practices are employed; under the guidance of the Architect
- Design and create 2D and 3D models of buildings, interior design, and outdoor office space
- Meet with Architect to discuss and create design ideas for maximization of space in the offices, discuss and create innovations of space usage
- Design the draft in a timely manner
- Update layout plans of the buildings and interior design as per client requirement in the time frame requested by the client
- Prepare and propose plans for furniture configuration and reconfiguration
- Prepare and propose plans for space allocation and occupancy
- Ensure the design meets the required safety and structural standards
- Communicate with the customers politely and professionally, both verbally and in writing when needed
- Strictly store all data and information and ensure backup of all data Wear PPE
- Respect HSE, standards, rules, regulations, and Building Life Safety Codes
- Participate in training
- Keep decent behavior at the workplace as per policy
- Performs other related duties as assigned, including measuring and freehand sketching; using machinery and tools; and Performs such other tasks as requested and directed by management.
