Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year working experience in retail sales. Track record of over achieving saled quota.
• Computer literate, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.
• Maintain and repair bicycles.
• With Bicycle Mechanic Certificate will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting customers identify and purchase the products they desire. Their duties include greeting customers who enter the store, managing the cash register or point of sale system and helping customers find specific products and showing them how to use them.
• Greet customers and offer assistance.
• Recommend related products to meet customers’ needs and enrich customer experience.
• Inform customers about sales, promotions and policies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Process orders on POS register, package purchases and resolve returns issues
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Stay knowledgeable with our products and keep up to date with product information.
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
