CHEF DE PARTIE – HOT RANGE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years work experience
• With experience in hotel or fastfood
• Good attitude and can communicate in english

Responsibilities:

• Oversees a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauté, grill or pastry station
• They focus on preparing and cooking dishes for their section, ensuring consistent quality and timely service
• They typically work under a sous chef’s or head chef’s guidance and may lead a small team of junior cooks.
