Auto Electrician

Qualifications:

• Trade Qualified – Auto Electrical Services.
• Qualification in operating Heavy Vehicles.
• Current Refrigeration Handling License (ARC) is an advantage
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be at least a graduate of 1-year vocational course or Completed at least 1 year in college.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the repairs and servicing of all Complete Groups Transport Assets (Trucks, Forklifts, Generators, LV & Cherry Pickers).
• Scheduled Maintenance, Workshop, Diagnostics and Component Change outs working on of a fleet of prime movers, earthmoving equipment, Hiab and Waste Trucks fleet, Generators and Forklifts
• Monitoring plant and equipment for electrical and electronic faults and repair as required.
• Conducting routine tests on vehicles, trailers, plants, and equipment to ensure the best performance.
• Complete maintenance records using computerized software
• Actively participating in toolbox safety meetings.
• Work respectfully in a small team environment.
• Knowledge of Occupational, Health and Welfare Act and application to the workplace.
• Order parts and equipment. Any other duties as required
