Auto Electrician
Qualifications:
- Trade Qualified – Auto Electrical Services.
- Qualification in operating Heavy Vehicles.
- Current Refrigeration Handling License (ARC) is an advantage
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be at least a graduate of 1-year vocational course or Completed at least 1 year in college.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the repairs and servicing of all Complete Groups Transport Assets (Trucks, Forklifts, Generators, LV & Cherry Pickers).
- Scheduled Maintenance, Workshop, Diagnostics and Component Change outs working on of a fleet of prime movers, earthmoving equipment, Hiab and Waste Trucks fleet, Generators and Forklifts
- Monitoring plant and equipment for electrical and electronic faults and repair as required.
- Conducting routine tests on vehicles, trailers, plants, and equipment to ensure the best performance.
- Complete maintenance records using computerized software
- Actively participating in toolbox safety meetings.
- Work respectfully in a small team environment.
- Knowledge of Occupational, Health and Welfare Act and application to the workplace.
- Order parts and equipment. Any other duties as required
