Health and Safety Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required (Professional Engineering License/PRC)
• You bring over a decade of experience, with a proven track record in infrastructure projects and the supervision of large-scale packages.
• Experience in managing teams and large-scale frameworks/projects is a must.
• The Challenge: We’re looking for an exceptional Health and Safety Manager/Senior Manager who can inspire positive behaviors and choices within our organization. If you’ve led teams, managed projects, and seen them through to positive outcomes
• Your advanced technical training or bachelor’s degree in an HSE-related field is backed by a solid understanding of KSA Federal Regulations.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, HSE PERMITS,MS OFFICE, IT SKILLS

Job Description:

• Manage HSEW on the project in alignment with client requirements.
• Motivate and nurture your team’s growth, both individually and collectively.
• Review Contractor site-specific Safety Management Plans and Safe Work Procedures for compliance with the site-wide Project HSE Management Plan.
• Advocate and promote the Safety Observation Report (SOR) System.
• Act as the HSE focal point for Construction Engineers/Managers.
• Make recommendations to Construction Managers for issuing Safety Violations Reports (SVR) and Stop Work Notices (SWN)
