LAUNDRY ATTENDANTS

Qualifications:

  • Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
  • Previous experience in a related position preferred.
  • Ability to maintain consistent attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of the operation of washers and dryers.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing professional and timely laundry services to our guests.
  • Should be friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable with a customer-service focused attitude.
  • Sort, count, and weight all items of linen according to established standards.
  • Load and unload washing machines quickly and efficiently.
  • Operate washing machines and dryers to clean items according to instructions.
  • Apply various detergents, fabric softeners, and bleaching agents.
  • Sort and fold items according the customers’ instructions.
  • Hang items and ensure proper drying times are adhered to.
  • Inspect items for stains or tears when necessary.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy work area at all times
