LAUNDRY MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of laundry equipment operation, maintenance, and safety regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing all the laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and packing.
  • Ensure that the laundry facility is operating to standards of excellence and that high-quality customer service is provided.
  • Oversee the entire laundry operation and associated staff in an efficient manner.
  • Train and supervise work team and provide training on new procedures or equipment
  • Coordinate the movement of materials required for the operation
  • Monitor work team performance and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials
  • Monitor operational costs and seek various ways to reduce cost
