HOUSEKEEPERS

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female applicants
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in hotel is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Physically able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items as needed.
  • Knowledge and ability to use cleaning products and supplies safely.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring a high level of cleanliness and orderliness in the residence/ hotel.
  • Cleaning the living areas, rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and other relevant areas according to set standards.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and other duties as necessary.
  • Making beds and changing linens as needed.
  • Removing dirt, dust, and debris
  • Reporting faulty electrical items or equipment to relevant personnel.
  • Inspecting and stocking supplies in linen closets, bathrooms, or other areas.
  • Cleaning windows, patio doors, and other areas as necessary.
