Work Permit Officer
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in work permit management, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of Saudi work permit regulations and safety standards.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with staff, contractors, and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and permit management software.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, issue, and manage work permits for all employees and contractors on site.
- Ensure all work permits comply with company policies, safety regulations, and Saudi labor laws.
- Coordinate with supervisors, HSE personnel, and contractors to authorize work activities safely.
- Maintain accurate records of issued permits and monitor their expiration or completion.
- Conduct audits to ensure all work permits are correctly completed and documented.
- Assist in training staff on permit requirements, processes, and safe work practices.
- Provide reports to management on permit compliance, incidents, or trends.
